*In-person and virtual individual counseling sessions where we form a therapeutic relationship. Through engaging one-on-one discussions and use of evidence-based interventions, the appointment focuses on you as the expert in your life and identified goals of treatment. I support people in managing anxiety, stress, depression, burnout, and relationship issues. I work with clients on mindfulness practices, planning/adjusting to life transitions such as loss, grieving, living with pain or a diagnosis/chronic illness (patient and/or loved ones), and/or caregiving. We work collaboratively to help you meet your goal(s) and add tools to your life skills toolbox. I am a Certified Advanced Grief Counseling Specialist and a Certified Grief Informed Professional. *Support for those experiencing chronic illness, have received an advanced illness diagnosis, or those wanting to explore and prepare for end-of-life issues and further create their legacy. I am a Certified End-of-Life Doula. CAREGIVERS, FAMILY, FRIENDS AND CO-WORKERS OF SOMEONE ILL
*When you don't know what to say, or don't know how you can best help your ill loved one, we work together to help you develop a plan. I also support caregivers in focusing on their own well-being and caring for themselves while loving and caring for others. PROFESSIONALS EXPERIENCING COMPASSION FATIGUE
*Support for professionals who are experiencing fatigue or burnout in their work as a helping professional. LIFE & DEATH COACHING AND SPIRITUAL EXPLORATION, & MENTORING
*Life & Death Coaching, Spiritual Exploration, and Mentoring include light-filled conversations that help illuminate new perspectives and support you in exploring life and death, in further developing your soul's journey, and/or envision your professional business goals. As a trained end-of-life doula, I also accompany and coach those preparing for and exploring end of life issues and their supporters.
