Together, we can explore what matters most to you and identify meaningful ways to move forward.

COACHING AND END-OF-LIFE DOULA SERVICES INFORMATION
I offer in-person and virtual coaching sessions. Fees are $133 per 55-minute session. Payment may be made by cash, PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle.
I work with young adults through older adults in individual, couples, family, and group settings. Please note: Life & Death Coaching and End-of-Life Doula support are not mental health therapy.
I see clients virtually and in person at 2602 Isabella Blvd., Suite 10, Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250-8000.

Nada Frazier, founder of The Sacred Servant™, provides counseling, coaching*, and end-of-life doula* services. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Life & Death Coach*, and Certified End-of-Life Doula*. Nada Frazier is a Certified End-of-Life Care Specialist, Certified Advanced Grief Counseling Specialist, and Certified Grief Informed Professional. She is also a Certified End-of-Life Doula.
Nada Frazier is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and holds a Master of Social Work, Advanced Clinical Practice degree, FL License #SW24375. Schools: Saint Leo University, Texas A&M-Corpus Christi.
